Galina Kazimiroŭskaya, director of the Volny Choir and a dear friend of our Library, is facing a serious illness and is currently fighting cancer. ❗️❗️❗️
Over the past several years, Galina has been researching and preparing the legacy of the composer Mikoła Kulikovič preserved in our archives.
Interim results of her work may be viewed on our website.
Last year, Galina released an album, part of whose material was prepared directly from archival holdings of the Francis Skaryna Belarusian Library and Museum.
In 2024, Halina and her choir Concordia visited London and performed the programme The Skaryna Library Sounds at the Church of St Cyril of Turau and All the Patron Saints of the Belarusian People.
